T.V. is Managing Partner, Marketing Technology for the Renaissance Companies, a private financial and real estate advisory firm for private equity, financial institutions, investors, and hedge funds.  T.V. has over 20 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, product development, software design, mobile technology, real estate, network design, and telecommunication.  She is masterful in building C-level relationships and partnerships in many industries.

She also serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at MeMeMe, Inc., a cloud based Speech Recognition platform that could voice enable any application on any platform that rivals Nuance, Google, Microsoft, and AT&T.  As President, she closed several rounds of funding, guided the company from concept, product and platform design, to full scale worldwide deployment for Fortune 100 and major brand customers — Costco, Lowe’s, Rakuten, NBC, Crate & Barrel and SS&C Technologies.  Her experience in design and technology allows her to take new and emerging technologies and create new products and services for B2B and B2C in any industry.  She is intimately proficient in the technology and science for MeMeMe and leads the company in making key technical advancements.  She is passionate about solving problems, designing solutions, and quickly executes for customers.

Previously, she was the V.P. of Corporate Sales and Service at Peracon, the world’s leading technology platform for the sale of institutional commercial real estate, handling an estimated 40% of U.S. sales of commercial assets and portfolios over $10 Million, and an aggregate of over $350 Billion in transactions. She was instrumental in the success of the largest bank portfolio disposition in history, for SunTrust Bank: over 468 assets were brought to market and closed within 6 months, worth over $2 Billion. She created corporate sale and retention programs for the largest commercial real estate firms in the U.S. including Cushwake, Colliers, Grubb & Ellis, JLL, NAI and Trammell Crow. She spent 4 years in the residential real estate market selling out communities for Centex Homes and Toll Brothers worth over $100 Million in closings. She was part of the Enterprise sales team at Cisco Systems creating end-to-end solutions for data centers, eCommerce, managed security storage, and dotcoms. She built and managed the top National sales team with the highest average per rep productivity and ranked #3 nationally as General Manager; achieving 174% sales over plan at Global Crossing/Frontier Communications.  Over her 5 years in telecom she and her team broke numerous sales records and brought in over $12 Million in new recurring revenue. She received a BS in Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
